He has an extensive track record in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, financial reporting, business planning, valuation, investment appraisal, and due diligence across diverse sectors including real estate, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and retail. Previously, he held senior leadership roles as Ex-Director at King Abdullah Economic City (a PIF Giga Project) and Audit Lead at Ernst & Young. Salman specializes in cash flow forecasts, project financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost control, while advising on strategic solutions to optimize capital structures and maximize ROI. His expertise includes designing and implementing financial and HR policies, business process re-engineering, ERP module implementation, and structuring agreements for PPP, BOT, BOO, and joint venture projects. With a strong focus on real estate development and corporate finance, he has successfully led investor management, internal controls evaluation, and process enhancements that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
